Jigs & Tools Engineer Illescas Plant

A vacancy for a Jigs Tools Engineer has arisen within Airbus, Illescas.As JT engineer at Airbus Illescas site, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:Ensure successful industrialization of Jigs and Tools assets (creation, development and modification) for A350F Main Deck Cargo Door manufacturing, until final acceptance and handover to the corresponding Operations Manager.Integrate mature industrial technologies in link with RD.
Collaborate with RD to integrate requirements and consolidate Airbus Industrial Vision.Design, test and industrialization of future tooling concept for future Airbus programs, mainly in S6 high integrated manufacturing solutions.Design and/or specify the requested Jigs and Tools assets according to requirements from Manuf.
Engineering Process Engineer, Operations, Health and Safety and Ergonomics, Maintenance Engineer and plant Quality Assurance Representative for Jigs and Tool or representative.Ensure the provided solution is fully integrated within the industrial system through a robust acceptance process set on defined Key Performance Indicators.Provide JT solutions based on 3D printing.Integrate Maintenance inputs/feedback in JT Work Specification and delivered solutions.Support Finance activities to elaborate the CapEx and/or OpEx dossier.Support Plant in all the activities where a Jig and/or Tool asset is involved.Support root cause analysis of Non Conformities and improvement projects.
Deliver technical disposition to fix JT.Contribute to the purchasing phases of the Jigs and Tools assets.Required Skills:Manufacturing technologies of aerostructures in composites.
More than 3 years experience required.Design and deliver tooling for composites materials.
More than 3 years experience required.Tooling for aircraft component assembly will be valued.Design capabilities in CATIA V5.
More than 3 years experience required.
3DExperience knowledge will be valued.Fluent English written and spoken is a must.Project management with external providers.
