En esta posición serás responsable de preparar todos los elementos clave, tanto técnicos como económicos (costes e inversiones), para la elaboración de ofertas de piezas mecanizadas. Definirás los procesos más eficientes y supervisarás la industrialización de las piezas, asegurando la máxima calidad y rentabilidad dentro del equipo de proyectos. Tu enfoque será decisivo para transformar ideas en resultados tangibles y competitivos en el mercado.Esta posición reporta a Dirección de Planta y Dirección de Instalaciones Global.Principales funciones:Definición del Plan de Inversiones: Participarás activamente en la planificación estratégica de inversiones, desde la adquisición de nuevas máquinas hasta la mejora de procesos y proyectos de expansión. Serás parte clave en la evolución tecnológica y operativa de la empresa.Gestión y evaluación de ofertas: Liderarás el proceso de identificación y priorización de las necesidades de inversión, solicitando ofertas a proveedores externos (materiales y mano de obra). Trabajarás de la mano con la Dirección de Compras para evaluar las propuestas y seleccionar las mejores soluciones para la compañía.Coordinación de proyectos en planta: Colaborarás con el Director de Planta en la implementación de proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento técnico y económico de cada iniciativa. Resolverás cualquier incidencia que surja durante la ejecución y supervisarás contratos y especificaciones técnicas con los adjudicatarios.Liderazgo en equipos de implementación: Serás el enlace entre los diferentes equipos en la planta, coordinando la ejecución de los proyectos para asegurar que se cumplen los requisitos y que todos los involucrados participen de manera efectiva.Actualización del layout de la planta: Mantendrás los planos actualizados con las nuevas instalaciones y asegurando que el flujo productivo esté optimizado.Preparación de especificaciones técnicas: Redactarás las especificaciones técnicas necesarias para cotizar los medios relacionados con nuevas inversiones, garantizando que se ajusten a los estándares y objetivos de la empresa.Para ser la persona seleccionada necesitarás:Formación superior en IngenieríaExperiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión de proyectos/instalaciones industriales.Inglés B2-C1.Experiencia trabajando en entornos CAD/CAM
