The main duties and responsibilities of this role:Assist the Outlet Head Chef in the operation and administration, and has co-responsibility in the absence of the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and managing all activities within the Food preparation.Be efficient and diplomatic in all situations involving any aspect of Food and Beverage where the reputation of the hotel is represented.Ensure the execution of SOP standards on a daily basis.Ensure HACCP requirements are met daily and implement immediate corrective action if required.Assist the CDC in developing menus, buffets, and specials that meet customer needs.Check all fridges and mise en place at each station at the beginning and end of each shift/service, including quality of stocks, ensuring a consistent quality of MEP.About the Benefits: Besides generous F&B benefits and reduced hotel rates across our hotels globally, this role has excellent employee benefits making the role attractive to high performers and any applicant who likes to associate themselves with one of the most luxurious brands in the hospitality industry.
