WHAT YOU'LL DOYou will support the ISA Management Team and the Business Development Team in multiple business development and strategic initiatives for the system.
As a member of the ISA Finance Team, you will also be working with the ISA Finance Senior Director in setting up and implementing the key strategic initiatives defined for the ISA Finance function, alongside the broader regional and global finance community.Specific responsibilities include:Strategy, decision support & analysisSupport the ISA Finance Senior Director, the Management Team and the Business Development Team in defining the commercial strategy and in business developmentProvide ad hoc information and analysis as requiredBusiness intelligence & AnalyticsSupport in the preparation of information and data to ensure the business has the financial and business-related information and analysis necessary to steer the business, whether by leveraging BCG's central information resources or providing locallyProvide ad hoc information and analysis as requiredReportingProvide timely and meaningful system financial results, key financial metrics and variance analysis to the system leaders, management team, regional finance and Global ServicesProject/Program managementSupport and follow up of business-related special projects led at ISA levelDrive content generation and implementation of key initiatives, monitoring status and re-steering course if requiredCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across GEOsYOU'RE GOOD ATEssentialAction-oriented and pragmaticIndependent: at ease working with high level of autonomyPowerful critical thinking: using rigorous logic and methods to solve problems, you can spot potential problems, you provide objective financial analysis and effective decision making under pressureRobust project/program management skills: creating focus, moving roadblocks, tackling difficult problems, able to multitask.Working collaboratively across groups: establishing strong collaborative relationships, demonstrating ability to get things done both through formal channels and the informal network, using diplomacy and tact to gain cooperation and support from othersThinking digitally: picking up new technical skills and knowledge quickly, being comfortable using a range of digital collaboration tools.Innovative delivery: able to deliver value added solutions and with good judgement about which suggestions will workDesirableKnowledge of key BCG finance systemsYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in consulting firms (i.E.
