Director Software Engineering – Language AI Position Summary Lionbridge is looking for a director of software engineering who has experience in the Linguistics Industry. We are integrating LLMs into our localization and content generation workflows and need a strong technical leader who can help us on this journey. We are looking for someone who has successfully built and delivered large scale distributed systems capable of handling millions of transactions per day. You must be comfortable managing teams and still be hands on when required.
The Director of Software Engineering is the technical visionary, architect, and software engineering manager that leads by example and is willing to help their teams out wherever they can. You are comfortable mentoring, continuously learning, coding and managing a globally diverse team.
