Creemos que podemos revolucionar el mundo de la movilidad y vamos a intentarlo desde la humildad y el trabajo duro.En la actualidad Revel ha creado uno de los vehículos financieros más innovadores del mercado por un valor de €100m con uno de los fondos más importantes a nivel mundial.¿Qué estamos buscando?Buscamos un A&T Manager, que actuará como la mano derecha del VP de Finanzas, liderando junto con este todo lo relacionado con la contabilidad y tesorería para poder llevar la gestión financiera de la compañía a otro nivel.¿Qué harás como Accounting & Treasury Manager?Cuestionar constantemente el statu quo de cara a optimizar proactivamente los procesos actuales.Implementar el nuevo ERP junto al VP de finanzas.Dirigir el proceso de cierre de fin de mes y proporcionar asesoramiento al equipo sobre cuestiones técnicas de contabilidad.Supervisar la preparación de las cuentas anuales.Supervisar la actualización de caja semanalmente y elaborar el pronóstico de flujo de caja.Gestionar el equipo de contabilidad y tesorería para el control de la operativa diaria de la compañía.Ser el punto de contacto de los proveedores externos como los asesores fiscales o auditores.Automatizar el reporting mensual de los estados financieros a inversores.¿Cómo es nuestro candidato ideal?Entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia.Valorable experiencia en Big 4 o una consultora/asesora.Conocimientos avanzados de contabilidad, tesorería y finanzas. Capacidad de interpretación y análisis de estados financieros.Experiencia en el departamento financiero de una startup o de una empresa mediana.Capacidad para gestionar un equipo de personas que te reporten directamente. Asimismo, capacidad de trabajar bajo presión.Experiencia trabajando con Oracle Netsuite o un ERP similar
