The team at KANZEN DESIGN consists of senior designers who have worked in the design departments of major consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, FTI Delta, Monitor Deloitte, Oliver Wyman, and Kearney.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at KANZEN DESIGN. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and remotely.You will be able to build a sales department, create sales processes.We Are Looking For Someone WhoHas between 5-10 years of proven experience in sales and business developmentIs analytical, very methodic, used to work with budgets, targets, reports, data-driven - you leverage and can communicate using data to improve core KPIs that matter to the individuals on our team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHas experience managing or being managed in a structured sales environment. These could include managing via a sales methodology, a forecast methodology, and structured deal management by sales stageAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsHas strong negotiation and persuasion skillsIs self-motivated with a results-driven approachExperience in the design industry or related field is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldFluent in English and SpanishWork not 100% remote, sometimes there will be physical meetings at the clients' offices, we have biannual sales meetings and our annual team reunionQualificationsAt least 2 or more years of leading and coaching a quota-carrying team3 or more years of software sales experienceExperience in building out a new team, preferably in a new marketExperience in successfully mentoring and/or leading others effectively#J-18808-Ljbffr
