As the Associate Counsel at Deliverect, you will have a significant impact on our business by ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting strategic initiatives.Your ability to negotiate contracts, navigate privacy regulations, and provide strategic legal advice will directly contribute to the success of our platform and the growth of our company.By supporting corporate processes, strategic transactions, and new product launches, you will play a key role in driving innovation and expanding our reach in the food industry A Typical Day:Drafting and Negotiating Contracts: Draft, negotiate, and review various commercial agreements, including API terms, terms of service, master service agreements, and referral or reseller agreements.Privacy Compliance: Provide support on privacy-related issues and projects, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating data processing agreements with customers and partners.Marketing Compliance: Review marketing communications to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.Training: Provide training to internal clients on legal issues such as marketing compliance, antitrust regulations, contract negotiation, and privacy.Legal Process Design: Help design, create, and implement the legal processes of Deliverect's legal team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Corporate Support: Support corporate processes related to entities of the Delieverect group, including corporate governance and compliance.Strategic Transactions: Support strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and funding rounds, including due diligence and transactional support.Your Expertise:6 to 8 years of professional experience working in privacy and M&AWorking knowledge of Google Workspace (GSuite).High proficiency in English; a second language is a plus.Previous experience as an in-house counsel is preferred but not essentialJoin Deliverect: Where You Shape Tomorrow's Success At Deliverect, we're not just seeking team members; we're on the lookout for dynamic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
