You will join the AIRBUS IT Mainframe Services team, which is responsible for the planning and the operations of the infrastructure for major business-critical applications for the Aircraft production. This also includes the responsibility for the monitoring and operations of thousands of batch jobs and batch job chains.We are serving the Business in all Airbus Core countries: Germany, France, Great Britain and Spain.It will be your responsibility to represent the Mainframe Product to internally Airbus and external partners and will guarantee that all the services are being well delivered to our internal customers.You will synchronize operations between your customer's peers and our Service Delivery Partners, who are in charge of mainframe infrastructure operations.You are responsible for the delivery of services from the Service Provider according to the SLAs.Based on your expertise, you will provide support to the operation and development teams. Also, you take part in troubleshooting/bug fixing and training activities.Together with the team, you will have the responsibility to deal with other internal teams, such as Engineering, manufacturing and customer services, to continuously improve the daily operations in delivering the service and in the on-boarding process of new services.In relevant projects you will represent the Mainframe Product and will actively contribute to internal optimization activities.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology.
