**Beca O&M Support Operational Excellence**

En Endesa tenemos un firme compromiso con la formación y captación del talento. Por eso ofrecemos un Plan de Becas a recién titulados/as universitarios que quieran formar parte de un modelo de aprendizaje colaborativo orientado a adquirir competencias profesionales.

Para esta beca, buscamos personas **recién Graduadas en Ingeniería Industrial o similar, o que estén a falta de su TFG**, para incorporarse a través de una beca a la **unidad Soporte a Operación y Mejora **dentro de **Enel Green Power & Thermal Generation **en Endesa "**Zaragoza**".

**¿Qué hace la Unidad?**

La Ud. Soporte a Operación y Mejora desarrolla, entre otras, las siguientes actividades:

- Presupuestación, seguimiento y análisis de indicadores técnicos (producción, eficiencia, pérdidas).
- Seguimiento y análisis de curvas de potencia de turbinas eólicas.
- Gestión plan de mejora continua.
- Coordinación de proyectos transversales de OyM.

**¿En qué colaborarás?**
- Soporte en el proceso de Eficiencia Operativa y en el análisis de curvas de potencia, basado en tecnología Wind sobre parques eólicos.
- Soporte en digitalización de actividades e informes (herramientas PI, SAS).
- Soporte en otros proyectos transversales.

**¿Qué formación y conocimientos van a ser considerados?**
- Grado en Ingeniería o similar, o a falta del TFG.
- Paquete MS Office
- Nível avanzado de inglés.
- Se valorará tener conocimiento en programación.

**¿Qué ofrecemos?**

Prácticas en ENDESA, **Programa SWING**:

- Ayuda de estudio de 900,00 € brutos mensuales
- Horario: Híbrido - Jornada completa
- Centro de trabajo en España: C/ Aznar Molina nº 2 50002 Zaragoza - Spain

Las becas de Endesa tienen una duración de 12 meses. Constan de dos partes, una Formación Práctica en la Empresa y una Formación Académica.

La Formación Práctica en la Empresa tendrá una jornada completa de lunes a viernes (formato híbrido), un periodo de descanso de 22 días laborables al año y una ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos. De forma paralela, se realiza la Formación Académica**:Máster en Gestión Organizacional, Competencias Clave y Analítica de Datos, de la Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS**), en formato online, cuyo objetivo principal es el aprendizaje y la mejora del perfil competencial.
