.Cultura Híbrido De 8:00 a 15:00 todo el añoEl sueño de Don Draper se habría hecho realidad si trabajara en Flat 101.Flat 101 es la agencia por excelencia que ofrece soluciones de alto rendimiento digital end-to-end para sus clientes.Están buscando a su próximo/a Frontend Developer que lleve las riendas de algunos de sus proyectos.Tienen una metodología propia basada en el uso de datos y la investigación, es un enfoque de método científico data-informed con el que están consiguiendo los mejores resultados para sus clientes.Para ellos, hay ciertos valores que buscan en las personas que trabajan a su lado como en sus proyectos: compromiso, ética, honestidad, transparencia, respeto e inclusión.¿Cómo puedo aportar mi granito de arena?Como frontend developer en una agencia de este estilo, trabajarás desde la toma de requisitos con los clientes, la definición de la arquitectura técnica necesaria, la identificación de componentes, el establecimiento de protocolos de comunicación segura, la creación de endpoints hasta las últimas fases del ciclo de vida de desarrollo como la definición del tipo de testing a aplicar y la documentación del proyecto.Si tienes unos cuantos años trabajando en el front y has gestionado proyectos o tenido contacto con clientes directamente para sacar adelante sus proyectos, este reto te encantará.Aunque el proyecto te vendrá definido por negocio, tú estarás involucrado (estimaciones, alcance, presupuesto). Es importante que tengas idea de qué trata desde el inicio, incluso pueden consultarte a la hora de defender su presentación técnica al cliente. Tu opinión técnica es muy importante en esta fase del proyecto.Tendrás autonomía a la hora de decidir, y tomar decisiones, si por ejemplo el cliente cambia los requisitos y el alcance. Harás muy buen tándem con el/la Project Manager y juntos definiréis el Roadmap e iréis alineados en el proyecto.También tendrás muy buen rollo con los líderes del resto de equipos y stakeholders, además de un gran conocimiento del proyecto, de tal forma que podrás decidir y proponer cambios si lo que proponen otras áreas no va alineando con lo que tú entiendes que necesita el cliente y el negocio.En 1 mesSaca la libreta para tomar notasSerá un primer mes de aterrizaje, pero ya tendrás asignado un proyecto en el que trabajar y un equipazo a tu lado para empezar a priorizar tareas.Te reunirás y realizarás la toma de requisitos con los clientes. Así, además, definirás y gestionarás, junto al Project Manager, las estimaciones con ellos.Ayudarás en el modelado de la estructura de datos y entidades.Crearás los componentes, definirás y desarrollarás los endpoints para una comunicación segura.Te encargarás de que la maquetación con HTML y CSS sea óptima.Llevarás las buenas prácticas por bandera para asegurar un código limpio, seguro y escalable.Te alinearás con el resto de equipos (diseño UX/UI, QA, backends) para que la solución final propuesta al cliente cumpla exactamente lo que este necesita
