We are a young, dynamic, and international team that enjoys working together to grow our company during this exciting time in the airline industry.If you feel inspired by our story and you're ready to take off with us, continue readingWe are hiring a Sucess Factors Systems Specialist who will be the go-to subject matter expert for HR Systems.Are you a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team?If your answer is yes, apply to come on board and make Volotea your next professional destination.What you will do: Manage and maintain SAP Success Factors. Lead the definition and implementation of system-related projects in coordination with the IT team and technical developers. Lead an improvement plan to adapt the current Employee Central module to new business needs. Lead the integration of Success Factors with other Systems. Manage and maintain the Employee Database. Monitor data integrity, conduct regular audits and resolve inconsistencies. Define and enforce data standards and best practices across the department. Ensure data privacy and security compliance while handling sensitive HR data. Troubleshoot HRIS data issues and coordinate with technical support as needed. Create and maintain a variety of HR dashboards using HRIS and other data analysis tools. Manage and maintain JIRA Software for HR tickets to provide the desired service level. Provide support and training to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools. Develop user guides and documentation for HRIS processes. What you will need: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or similar. Proven experience working with HR systems (SAP Success Factors preferred) Strong Data Analysis Skills and proficiency in Excel. Proven experience working with databases. Experience creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI preferred) Familiarity with SQL is a plus. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Self-Starter and proactively looking for improvements. Ability to lead projects and coordinate different teams. Fluent in English and Spanish. French or Italian will be a plus.
