Demand Planning and S&OP Coordinator Team Lead The key purpose of this role is to lead the demand planning team and to drive improvements in forecast performance for affiliates and IB customers, leading the S&OP cycle for the pharmaceutical industry.
Lead the demand planning department for intercompany and B2B customers for both own production and external manufacturing, managing one demand planner dedicated to intercompany customers and directly managing the operational part of B2B customers.
Ensure that all countries/customers participate in the forecast cycle, updating demand on a monthly basis with a 36-month time horizon.
Lead the 5-step monthly S&OP process, starting with consensus demand and signing off forecast meetings.
Provide support for supply and alignment review meetings to supply and production planners to analyze risks, inventory coverages, gaps, and projections.
Collaborate with finance and sales departments to build a shared financial outlook and analyze demand forecast risks and opportunities versus financial budget.
Prepare and lead monthly executive S&OP meetings at a global level to provide a global vision and performance analysis for affiliates/IB forecast in NX Pharmaceutical.
Act as demand planning technical focal point for B2B customers: receiving forecasts, uploading forecasts in SAP, and maintaining/cleaning forecasts in the ERP system.
Analyze deviations, performances, and risks and opportunities to support the decision-making process.
Prepare and lead monthly S&OP meetings with major partners of medical licenses and organize supply chain kick-off meetings to establish ways of working with new distributors.
Conduct weekly meetings for sales orders checking and monthly claims of production campaigns.
Support the demand/forecast part in writing distribution agreements with partners.
Support the demand/forecast part to the PMO for new launches/licenses.
