The main responsibilities would be:Play a key role in the creation implementation of a national integrated brand strategy.Track key performance indicators and business performance across Spain Portugal markets.Lead media brand campaign: Media Agency.Manage a strong portfolio and mono brand strategy.Collaborate closely with internal business partners and external agencies/consultants across geographic markets.Cross departmental daily work with Global Marketing Team as HQ.Identify future growth opportunities based on relevant consumer trends and insights using stage-gate process.Organize events sponsorship focused on consumer-centric strategy.Develop national communications and specific materials for consumers and sales teams.Respond to specific market needs.Define monitor KPIs in each brand, and manage your own budget PL.REQUIREMENTS:Brand Manager / Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of FMCG brand management experience or in marketing agencies.MBA with at least 4 years of FMCG product management experience or in marketing agencies.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally, with all management levels.Negotiation and influence skills.Creative problem-solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas.Entrepreneurial spirit and intellectually curious.Innovative calculated risk-taker and suspicious of the status-quo.Personal values aligned with our company culture.OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:Position based in Madrid area.Willingness to travel and open to national mobility.High command of English Spanish, both spoken and written.
