Responsibilities:
Develop and customize state-of-the-art, high-performance Natural Language Understanding (NLU) modules for the Chat Assistant.
Apply a data-driven methodology to identify challenges and construct solutions in conversational AI and content moderation.
Design reusable features that encapsulate novel functionalities for the Chat Assistant.
Enhance the Chat Assistant's architecture and optimize existing tasks.
Design and implement new NLU-specific use cases for the Chat Assistant.
Advance the NLU architecture of the Chat Assistant.
Candidate Profile:
A university degree or an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (HF) with a specialization in Computational Linguistics, Data Science, Text Analytics, Language Technologies, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in the Natural Language Processing (NLP) domain.
Hands-on experience with real-time conversational AI, such as dialogue and voice systems.
Proficiency with one or more AI/NLP platforms, such as Cognigy, DialogFlow, Rasa, LUIS, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.
Comprehensive understanding of state-of-the-art conversational AI systems.
Ability to research Machine Learning (ML) frameworks and technologies and apply them in working prototypes.
Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies: Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
Experience in training dialogue systems using historical chat conversations or large volumes of user-generated content.
Practical knowledge of formal syntax, formal semantics, corpus analysis, and dialogue management.
Familiarity with continuous integration.
Strategic thinking and understanding of how to transform analytical findings into commercial benefits.
