Posición perfil: Estamos buscando un Formador Técnico/Trainer & After Sales para que forme parte de nuestro equipo en una empresa líder en soluciones de ventanas de Aluminio de alta calidad. Este puesto implica coordinar formaciones técnicas, brindar soporte postventa y consultoría a clientes y equipos internos.Principales funciones a desarrollar:Coordinación y gestión de la formación técnica: Organizar sesiones de formación técnica y de productos para clientes sobre todo talleres pero también estudios de arquitectura, universidades y otros eventos importantes.Formación de productos en ventanas de Aluminio: Diseñar y ejecutar formaciones detalladas sobre nuestras soluciones de ventanas, correderas, puertas, asegurando que los clientes y equipos conozcan a fondo las características y ventajas de nuestros productos.Soporte y consultoría técnica: Proporcionar asistencia técnica especializada a nuestros equipos internos (APMs, ASMs) y clientes, ayudando a resolver consultas y problemas técnicos complejos.Gestión postventa: Identificar necesidades, resolver problemas técnicos y ofrecer soluciones adecuadas a clientes en la fase postventa, además de elaborar informes de rendimiento.Digitalización del servicio postventa: Implementar herramientas digitales que optimicen la experiencia postventa, facilitando la gestión y resolución de incidencias.Gestión de productos: Supervisar la fabricación de muestras, cálculo de presupuestos y asegurar la eficiencia en la producción y distribución de nuestros productos.Acompañamiento en showroom: Guiar y asistir a clientes en nuestro showroom de Valdemoro, explicando a fondo nuestros productos.Desarrollo de informes técnicos y análisis de rendimiento.Colaboración con equipos comerciales para maximizar el impacto de nuestras formaciones en ventas.Experience: RequiredLanguages: English – IntermediateEmployment: Full-timeSchedule: Lunes a viernes 7 a 16 flexibles y conciliación aseguradosBenefits: Aplica a la oferta y te lo contamos Solo te llevará unos minutosStarting time: Immediate startAbout Hecho & Co: Cultura, talento e innovación para la creación de equipos de alto rendimiento.
