Sumérgete en un viaje que te llevará a trabajar en varios países y a formar parte de nuestra extensa familia global.Descubre algunos de los beneficios que ofrecemos:My MeliáRewards: Participa en nuestro programa de fidelidad exclusivo, disfrutando de beneficios y ventajas únicas.My MeliáBenefits: Aprovecha la compensación flexible y los descuentos exclusivos en una amplia variedad de productos y servicios, promoviendo un estilo de vida activo y saludable.En línea con la filosofía, políticas, procedimientos y estándares de calidad de Meliá Hotels International, serás el/la responsable de ofrecer un servicio personalizado a los huéspedes y atender las solicitudes para garantizar una estancia con los más altos estándares de confort en sus habitaciones, realizando las funciones de Concierge y logrando la invitación al Circle Lounge para conocer los beneficios y experiencias Circle by Melia con el equipo de ventas, con el propósito de convertirlos en nuevos socios.Funciones del puestoLlevar al pie de la letra instrucciones y entrenamientos.Aplicar la información en la aplicación diaria.Conocer la situación diaria de disponibilidad de habitaciones, llegadas, eventos y actividades, así como la lista de VIPs, tarifario e información adicional que necesite conocer para ofrecer un servicio personalizado.Tener nociones de la cultura de los huéspedes de llegada y el por qué de su visita.Ofrecer servicio personalizado, la cortesía en la hora de llegada, acompañarlos hacia la habitación, realizando un recorrido por las áreas exclusivas, conversando con los huéspedes y creando un sentido de conexión.Dar cumplimiento a las políticas y procedimientos de operación del área, además de participar en las actividades de Alma & Magia definidas en las áreas.Ofrecer a los huéspedes la información de los servicios del departamento, del hotel en general y áreas aledañas o de interés turístico. Su responsabilidad será atender, satisfacer y dar seguimiento a todas las peticiones de los huéspedes durante su estancia.Atender y satisfacer las quejas de huéspedes, manteniendo una actitud profesional. Comunicar a su jefe inmediato aquellas circunstancias que pueden afectar negativamente a los huéspedes y/o futuras estancias.Realizar reservas de restaurantes, Spa, Golf, Jacuzzi, cenas románticas, almohadas, etc., y demás necesidades o requerimientos del huésped.Preparar los artículos de cortesía y atención a huéspedes especiales o VIPs, entrega de mensajería y paquetería.Mantener su área de trabajo en buen estado y con información actualizada.Despedir personalmente a los huéspedes y acompañarlos al Lobby principal, aprovechando la ocasión para invitarles a colocar sus comentarios en las redes sociales.Requisitos:2/3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.Alta disponibilidad para viajar largas temporadas
