Role Profile: Financial Senior Consultant Support LatAm Management Team decisions through business analysis, financial information, and analytical insights, while leading strategic operational projects within the Cluster.
He/She will join the LatAm Finance team reporting to the CFO.
Main Functions and Tasks: Perform regular and ad-hoc business financial analysis.
Understand business performance and provide insightful outputs.
Identify key risks opportunities to maximize efficiency of business decisions.
Lead strategic operational projects.
Drive initiatives to boost business performance and efficiency.
Desired Qualifications and Skills: Over 4 to 6 years of experience in business control positions (background in advisory or audit would be appreciated).
Sound analytic skills and good understanding of business drivers and KPIs.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of BI tools.
Extensive experience building data models and conducting complex business analysis.
Communication presentation skills - written and verbal at senior level.
Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese would be a plus.
