You will also have the opportunity to develop within a best-in-class organization, lead the plans to take Verisure to its next level and have the opportunity of a fast-tracked career.These roles are an unmatched opportunity for a top performer / high potential candidate from a top tier strategy consulting firm willing to transition into the corporate worldBusiness Strategy and its responsibilitiesAs a Business Strategy Consultant, you will have the opportunity to grow in challenging and innovating projects with colleagues from cross-functional backgrounds, develop new skills and progress in your international professional careerAs an example, a Strategy Consultant could be working on one or several of the following:Launching/open operations in new countries (having successfully opened business in 16 countries)Evolving the Go-To-Market strategy and implementing it in our recently opened countriesWork hand by hand with the top management in our countries to design and implement their new commercial strategy (Brand positioning, Sales Proposition and Methodology, Sales supporting tools) aligned to their local realities)Work transversally with countries to develop new sales channels and strategic alliancesDeveloping the strategy for Verisure's new adjacent business opportunities (in addition to our core alarm value proposition.)Collaborate in the creation of new products for our customers and innovate in the way we sell themWork together with Product Development teams in the coordination, implementation, monitoring and feedback gathering of new product pilotsDefining how to bring more value to our existing clientsLead the thinking in terms of strategies, channels and proposition to increase our service offering to clientsNavigate in the organization to implement and test new pricing strategiesLead our global HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader strategic intent:Define and execute cross-country and multidisciplinary initiatives to deliver our global HR strategy, including core HR projects (such as People Analytics, Employee Value Proposition, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, etc
