**¿Qué es Rebobinart?**:
Rebobinart es una entidad cultural especializada en el **desarrollo de proyectos de arte urbano**. Se fundó en 2012 bajo una clara filosofía social que vincula el arte urbano con la dinamización social y cultural del espacio público. Desde Rebobinart fomentan una visión del arte urbano poniéndolo a disposición de la sociedad a través de la creación de proyectos que se arraigan al territorio, que aportan un valor añadido al espacio urbano y que generan una nueva vía de comunicación con la ciudadanía propiciando el espíritu crítico y transmitiendo mensajes de carácter social en cada uno de los proyectos generados.

En esta línea, han desarrollado un **programa integral de proyectos de creación artística en el espacio público que incluye murales de gran formato, murales comunitarios, intercambios artísticos, exposiciones, festivales o talleres participativos**. Todos ellos reivindican la capacidad del arte de actuar como herramienta de transformación social y cultural.** Sus líneas de negocio principales son: Licitaciones de Arte Urbano, Publicidad Pintada, Murales en Edificios para Constructoras e Infraestructuras.**

Su trabajo como entidad ha **obtenido distintos reconocimientos **como el Premio Bdigital Congress por el proyecto Murs Lliures (actualmente Wallspot) el 2012, el 1r Premio de Emprendimiento Social de Barcelona Activa el 2015 o el premio Cuixart en reconocimiento a la trayectoria de la entidad el 2016. El Festival Ús Barcelona fue nominado a los premios Time Out a la categoría Mejor Iniciativa Ciudadana el 2016 y el proyecto "Baró Murs Vius" fue el ganador de los Premios Garci de la categoría Artes Plásticas el 2017. El proyecto Womart también obtuvo el premio del Concurso de Comisariado impulsado por la Xarxa Transversal el 2017. Su plataforma Wallspot también ha ganado el Premio de Civismo impulsado por la Generalitat de Catalunya 2018 y la beca a la mejor iniciativa Innovador de Emprendimiento Social y Tecnológico por el Área Metropolitana de Barcelona (AMB) el 2019.

**¿Cuál será tu misión?**:
Estamos buscando a una **compañera/o de viaje **para Marc (Director) que trabaje mano a mano y que **crea en el proyecto quiera hacerlo crecer**. Buscamos a alguien que quiera hacer carrera y desarrollarse en Rebobinart. Tu día a día consistirá en:

- Definición de **propuestas**: diseño del dossier, realización del presupuesto y definiendo el retrotiming del proyecto. Acompañamiento al equipo de _sales_.
- Realizar el **seguimiento al proyecto y garantizar que las cosas pase**n**.
- **Coordinar al equipo** y a lxs artistas y **facilitar que las cosas pasen**. En algunas ocasiones deberás desplazarte e ir al 'terreno' para poder resolver ciertos inconvenientes y/o echar un cable.
- Ayudar con la **documentación** y redacción de solicitud de subvenciones.

**¿Cómo será tu equipo?**:
Serás la mano **derecha del Founder & Director de Rebobinart**, Marc García. Trabajarás codo con codo con él apoyando en la definición y gestión de los proyectos.
Te relacionarás con los **responsables de ventas** de Rebobinart para dar apoyo en la realización de propuestas: Miquel Pàmies (Responsable de ventas de Agencias Publicitarias) y la Responsable de ventas de Constructoras y Estudios de Arquitectura (por confirmar). Así como con lxs artistas de cada uno de los proyectos y con Elhadj Bailo, **asistente de producción** y pieza indispensable de Rebobinart que apoya a los artistas durante la fase de creación.
Harás tandem con la **responsable de comunicación **para acompañar los proyectos con la difusión adecuada y aumentar así su alcance e impacto en medios y redes.
