Supervisar el cumplimiento de los estándares y políticas establecidas en el hotel. Adicionalmente deberá participar en la gestión de personal coordinándose con los JJ.DD.Funciones :Velar por la experiencia del cliente, personalizando su estancia, anticipándose a sus necesidades y superando sus expectativas.Supervisar que el equipo informe y ofrezca a los clientes servicios y productos acordes a sus preferencias, tanto en el hotel como en el destino, aplicando técnicas de upselling y crosselling para optimizar los ingresos extras del hotel.Supervisar y coordinarse con el departamento de F&B; y Pisos asegurando una óptima implementación de los estándares.Coordinar la recepción y al equipo de esta.Supervisar el área The Level: recepción, piscina, habitaciones.¿Qué buscamos?Experiencia mínima de 2 años en una posición similar en el sector hotelero.Titulación preferiblemente en Turismo u Hostelería, Marketing o similar.Nivel avanzado de inglés y valorable un tercer idioma.Conocimientos de herramientas de gestión hotelera y/o Experiencia del Cliente.Manejo avanzado del Paquete Office 365.Conocimientos de Operativa Hotelera.Capacidad de dirigir y trabajar en equipo.Organización y planificación.Proactividad e Innovación.Excelentes habilidades comunicativas.Alta vocación de servicio.Capacidad de resolución.Atención a los detalles.En Meliá todos somos VIPNuestra calidez, cercanía y pasión por lo que hacemos, hace que trabajar en Melia sea una experiencia inolvidable, llena de momentos emotivos y siempre con la sensación que perteneces a una gran familia en la que contamos con gente como tú, gente VIP .- En Meliá Hotels International creemos en la igualdad de oportunidades y valoramos la diversidad.
