Buscamos a compañeros que aporten talento y entrega, que quieran desarrollarse en una organización ágil, de ámbito internacional, y que aspiren a alcanzar sus metas a nuestro lado.En el momento actual y debido al crecimiento de la compañía precisamos incorporar a un/a profesional para cubrir una vacante como: Responsable de Métodos y tiemposObjetivo General del puestoEl /la persona seleccionada será responsable de:La gestión técnica dentro del área de producción realizando tareas de análisis, previsión, planificación, programación, gestión y control del proceso productivo.Describe, mejora, registra y controla los métodos empleados en cada lugar de trabajo y los correspondientes tiempos asignados, teniendo en cuenta la normativa vigente en prevención de riesgos laborales.Coordina los trabajos llevados a cabo por el área de Producción, facilitando el entendimiento con el área creativa mediante la traducción del diseño en términos técnicos.Principales funciones:Realizar mediciones adecuadas de los tiempos, procesos y recursos para optimizar el desarrollo de los procesos de trabajo, buscando constantemente mejoras en los procesos.Control y seguimiento de indicadores de producción.Desarrollo de proyectos de mejora industrial.Planifica las líneas productivas y coordina la distribución de horarios y la actividad de la maquinaria.
Se encarga de detectar los puntos críticos o cuellos de botella en el proceso productivo.Reporta periódicamente la problemática y las posibilidades de mejora en referencia a la organización de producción, calidad o maquinaria a la dirección.Asesora a la Dirección en la compra de tecnología de maquinaria y del soporte lógico necesario.
Gestiona las modificaciones oportunas en máquinas e instalaciones, siendo responsable de su implantación en colaboración con el departamento de fabricación.Registra el método actual del trabajador/a (conjunto de operaciones realizadas para llevar a cabo su fase de producción).
Mide el tiempo que emplea siguiendo un método concreto y aplica diferentes técnicas de control: cronometraje, tiempo, etc.Establece un proceso de mejora continua.
Identifica necesidades de formación para poder contribuir a una mejora de métodos.Requisitos mínimos:Al menos 3 años de experiencia en posición similar en entorno industrial.Excelentes habilidades escritas y orales.Conocimientos en:Análisis de control de producción.Mejora de estándares de proceso.Análisis de procesos de fabricación.Instalaciones y maquinaria de producción.Competencias y Habilidades:Innovación y Mejora Continua.Facilidad para aprender y adaptarse.Pensamiento analítico.Trabajo en equipo.Nivel de antigüedad:Sin experiencia.Función laboral:Gestión y Manufactura.Sectores:Comercio al por menor de artículos de lujo y joyería y Fabricación de productos textiles.
