Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches.
Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi and an ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all of them highly programmed.
Reporting to the General Manager. The hotels are operated by Ennismore, the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality company, in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga owned by Apollo.
Job Description
What you'll do… Assist in analyzing market trends and competitor rates to support pricing and revenue strategies.Support the revenue team in monitoring and adjusting room rates and availability across various online booking platforms.Assist in the management of room inventory to maximize occupancy and optimize revenue.Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations accurately, ensuring guest details and preferences are recorded.Collaborate with the front desk and sales teams to ensure smooth communication regarding bookings and availability.Help generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports to identify performance trends.Assist with group bookings, including coordinating with other departments for special requests and requirements.Support in managing OTA (Online Travel Agencies) and direct booking channels to ensure rate parity and promotional offers are accurately reflected.Participate in forecasting and budgeting activities, providing insights on projected occupancy and revenue.Assist in the coordination of special promotions or events to drive bookings and enhance guest experiences. Qualifications
What we are looking for: EU Nationality is required.Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in revenue management and pricing strategies.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis) is a plus.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
