If you match this description, get in touchWhat you'll do:Co-create the brand communication strategy for Philips Hue. Analyze brand health and key KPIs, define cluster regions, and define the strategy and key communication initiatives to grow the brand in the given clusters. Work with the global media agency to define a global media framework to guide markets in their local media briefs. Define the messaging framework across the full Consumer Experience Journey and plan required campaigns, deliverables and assets per touchpoint and channel.Responsible for developing global marketing campaigns : plan, define insights and key message, brief creative with internal or external agency, test concepts and assets, produce campaign and coordinate amplification throughout all touchpoints CRM, social, web and media, and deliver comprehensive toolkits to the markets.Support given to product launches by defining strategic message architecture and refining key product proposition. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for delivering all content needed for its launch including PDP content, etailer content, and coordinate with in-house specialists its launch in organic touchpoints: CRM, organic social, web. They need to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all assets.Interact on an ongoing basis and build a strong relationship with key focus markets and monitor localization of centrally developed programs and assets.Interact on an ongoing basis with the Product management teams, and with the E-commerce team.Monitor and assess campaigns, measuring the ROI of campaigns, whilst being the interface to the business and local markets. Testing concepts/assets and include a continuous optimization loop.Annual budget planning and management
