As a Massage Therapist in our Copenhagen team, your role is to ensure clients' well-being by performing relaxing and cosmetic treatments following our established protocols. You'll also maintain our relaxation spaces in top condition with all the necessary materials for a perfect AIRE experience.
Key responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
Deliver relaxing treatments, including body and facial treatments and exfoliations, following AIRE's protocols and techniques for each.
Clearly communicate treatment details and product information to clients, following our provided manual and protocols.
Keep an ample supply of necessary products for customer experiences, promptly reporting any shortages or low stock.
Maintain consistency in couples' treatments and coordinate effectively with partner therapists for a seamless experience.
Workplace:
Keep work areas clean and ready for customer experiences per company protocols.
Supervise facility sanitation, product maintenance, and cleaning between treatments.
Ensure environmental conditions meet protocol standards for noise, temperature, and humidity.
You will receive thorough training to explore our diverse range of treatments and truly grasp the essence of AIRE's unique approach.
Who we are looking for:
You have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
You hold a valid Massage Therapist course or certification.
Fluent in English, and if you know Danish, that's a fantastic bonus
You're genuinely customer-focused and excel at connecting with people.
Your schedule is flexible, allowing you to work evenings, holidays, and weekends when necessary.

Permanent Contract and Working Hours: You will have a permanent contract with 30 hours per week.
