Estamos buscando al nuevo fichaje estrella para nuestro equipo como **APP LEAD**

Somos Sesame HR, **la solución digital que ayuda a equipos de Recursos Humanos **, managers y empresas a optimizar los procesos de gestión de personal, centralizándolos en una sola plataforma.

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?
**

A nível técnico es indispensable que tengas:

- Vue3 + Pinia + Tailwind 3 + Vite + ViTest + Capacitor
- Experiência en JavaStudio y XCode para debuggear (instruments) y deployment
- Soltura en la gestión de certificados de desarrollo y distribución, provisioning profiles, APNS, etc
- Experiência en iTiunes Connect y Play Store
- S.O.
IOS + S.O.
Android
- Manejo de Git
- Clean Code + Arquitecturas de front
- Docker + Microservicios
- Debes tener capacidad para orientar nuestras aplicaciones hacia el siguiente nível teniendo en cuenta el rendimiento y la escalabilidad, optimizando consultas al backend, caché, y otros aspectos críticos para garantizar un buen rendimiento en entornos de producción con altos volúmenes de usuarios concurrentes.
- Tienes conocimientos sólidos sobre las mejores prácticas de seguridad en el desarrollo de aplicaciones para dispositivos móviles, incluyendo la prevención de vulnerabilidades comunes como la inyección SQL, XSS, CSRF, entre otras.
- Debes ser capaz de colaborar eficazmente con otros miembros del equipo, liderar iniciativas técnicas, y comunicar de manera clara.
- Debe ser capaz de diseñar y apoyar en la realización de pruebas automatizadas, tanto pruebas unitarias como pruebas de integración, para garantizar la calidad y la estabilidad del código.
- Además de tus habilidades técnicas, eres capaz de colaborar eficazmente con otros miembros del equipo,así como otros equipos, liderar iniciativas técnicas, y comunicar de manera clara y efectiva las decisiones de diseño y arquitectura a las diferentes áreas implicadas.
Y además brillarás ?si:

- Llevas más de 3 años en esta posición o similar en un proyecto SaaS de Producto
- Conocimiento de Appflow y live updates
- Tienes experiência con proyectos que han requerido adaptaciones por su elevado crecimiento de usuarios,elevado volumen de datos, disección de monolitos

**¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?
- Pertenecerás a un Squad muy especial, ya que consideramos que Sesame es "App First", que se encarga de hacer que todo el potencial de nuestra herramienta quepa en tu bolsillo..
- En tu día a día, investigarás los principales cuellos de botella, problemas de rendimiento, escalabilidad, seguridadPodrás realizar los experimentos que consideres necesarios, para aterrizar, documentar y priorizar el roadmap técnico de nuestras apps para dispositivos moviles, alineado con el resto de áreas de la empresa.
- Como empresa con corazón agile, tendrás tus sprint, daylies, refinements.

**¿Cuál será tu crecimiento en la empresa?
- Durante las primeras semanas recibirás distintas formaciones tanto del proyecto como de producto y harás pair-programming para iniciarte en el proyecto
- En los primeros meses te centrarás en investigar y conocer todos los rincones del proyecto.
- Una vez te sientas con la necesaria soltura y conocimiento en el proyecto, empezarás a crear, refinar y estimar tus propias tareas y establecerás junto con el resto del squad el roadmap técnico, apoyándote en el resto de compañeros para hacerlo realidad.
