This role will be located out of our rapidly growing Barcelona office, though it is a hybrid position.At Baxter Planning we strongly value our team members and culture as it is reflected in our generous benefits, exciting and supportive work environment, and excellent work-life balance.Position OverviewAs an HR Administrative Assistant at Baxter Planning, you will have an opportunity to further your career in an international environment.
You will partner with employees and managers across the organization to ensure an excellent experience consistent with Baxter Planning's culture and values throughout the employee lifecycle.
You will provide support to the People and Culture department while taking care of the office in Barcelona, and making sure the team is happy and motivated.
This is a hands-on, tactical role that provides opportunities for optimal learning and creativity.ResponsibilitiesOffice ManagementEnsure that the Barcelona office is a welcoming, safe, and clean environment.Direct day to day office services, such as maintenance, repair, mail.Maintain inventory of healthy snacks, drinks, and office supplies as needed.HR AdministrationMaintain employee documents and other sensitive and confidential employee related information with a high level of integrity.
This may include health safety, employment contracts and employee work authorizations.Provide general administrative assistance (bookings etc.
)Assist with recruitment process (scheduling and posting interview feedback)Assist with onboarding of new employees.
Coordinate resources with other departments including IT to ensure employee has needed equipment, tools, and training schedule.Plan and execute office events (Booking venues, Scheduling deliveries, etc)Manage employee benefits.
Perform regular audit of employee files and benefit enrollments.Manage office invoicesOther duties as requiredQualificationsUniversity degree2+ years in a similar position (office administration, office management, etc.
)Office 365 proficiencyAccounting or HR experience is desirableFluency in Spanish and English (min.
