Pensamos en un/a profesional con experiência acreditada en supervisión y coordinación de operaciones técnicas y operativas en el ámbito de la OT, todo ello en dependencia directa del CIO de la compañía.
La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar que nuestros sistemas, equipos y procesos críticos funcionen de manera robusta, eficiente y segura.
**Obligaciones y responsabilidades**:
- Supervisar y gestionar sistemas y equipos de operaciones técnicas.
- Garantizar la disponibilidad, integridad y confiabilidad de los sistemas OT.
- Coordinar y liderar equipos de técnicos y especialistas en operaciones técnicas.
- Implementar medidas de ciberseguridad para proteger nuestros sistemas OT.
- Asegurarse de que la organización cumple con las normativas específicas en entornos industriales o de infraestructuras críticas.
- Gestión de las inversiones y gastos del departamento.Alineación con las guidelines definidas desde la corporación Global.
**Competencias profesionales**:
- Formación universitaria en Informática de Gestión,de Sistemas, o afín
- Experiência demostrada en gestión de operaciones técnicas u operativas.
- Conocimiento sólido de sistemas OT y tecnologías relacionadas.
- Habilidad para liderar equipos y gestionar proyectos de manera efectiva.
- Conocimiento en ciberseguridad industrial es un plus.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de alta presión y cumplir con los estándares de seguridad.
**Competencias personales**:
- Habilidad para liderar equipos y gestionar proyectos de manera efectiva.
- Nível de inglés fluido.
