Purpose of the role: As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role is to identify and apply appropriate advertising solutions through active collaboration with German companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners.
You will work with a variety of advertisers to deliver optimal digital advertising solutions for each customer.
It is a target-driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets and be part of a larger sales team increasing the client customer base across EMEA.
You will be part of the largest team creating unique customer experiences while actively affecting the German online marketing environment.
Responsibilities: Implement creative ways to improve client companies and agency relationships by tailoring and sharing performance-enhancing suggestions, and upselling or promoting other products.Provide strategic advice and help businesses and agencies achieve the best ROI on their clients' advertising investments by working closely with them in a consultative role.Consistently deliver against assigned quotas while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding customer sales experience.Communicate proactively with customers via phone, video conference, and email.Requirements: BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experienceNative level of GermanAbility to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably building and optimizing PPC campaignsMinimum 0-1 years of experience in salesKnowledge of products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTubeA team player with leadership and high communication skillsStrong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPassionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and developFull-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)Permanent contractThis is a hybrid working model in BarcelonaRelocation support4 weeks of intense introduction training on Ads and specific sales trainingA permanent presence of coaches who will facilitate your personal and professional developmentEstablished career path to grow within the projectContinuous training and certifications within the productsBi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly contestsEmployment with the world's largest provider of contact center servicesExcellent work environment, great colleagues, social arrangements, and personal developmentDynamic business casual environment with colleagues of all ages gathered in a highly motivated team* Candidates must be willing to relocate to Barcelona if not already there.
