Position Overview Were seeking a passionate digital marketing specialist to join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Consultant.
This role combines technical expertise with consultative sales to help German businesses maximize their digital advertising potential.
Key Responsibilities Provide strategic consultation on digital advertising products and marketing solutions Develop and maintain relationships with German companies and Digital Marketing agencies Implement performance-enhancing strategies for clients advertising campaigns Achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience Conduct business communications via phone, video conference, and email Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional digital advertising products Required Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience Native level German proficiency Fluent English communication skills 1+ years of experience in digital marketing (PPC Campaign experience preferred) 0-1 years of sales experience Comprehensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools Essential Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent presentation and communication skills Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential Passion for digital marketing and technology Adaptability to fast-paced environments Work Schedule & Location 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Hybrid working model based in Barcelona Office location: World Trade Center, Barcelona Compensation & Benefits Base salary: Starting from 30,000 gross/year Performance bonus: Up to 3,500 gross/year Permanent contract Comprehensive relocation support Referral program (up to 2,000 per successful referral) Professional Development 4-week intensive digital marketing training program Dedicated coaching support Clear career progression path Industry-recognized certifications Regular performance incentives (bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly contests) Company Culture Business casual environment Diverse, motivated team Regular social events Focus on personal development Sea-view office location Modern workplace facilities Training & Support Comprehensive onboarding program Continuous professional development Regular coaching sessions Professional certification opportunities
