We are looking for a Successfactors Senior Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful individual will be a strong corporate citizen with passion for delivering excellence and quality.
The functional consultant will be part of the implementation of SuccessFactors talent module in end to end implementations. The Functional Consultant will be covering both the internal and external (client facing) activities such as workshops and requirements' gathering as well as configuration of the solution and documentation of the process. The ideal candidate would be able to apply best practices, have country specific knowledge and technical know-how, ensure that the solution fits the client's requirements and specifications and propose workarounds when a gap is identified. Responsibilities: Contribute and lead efforts to the solution design, review, and alignment of deliverables, and ensure his/her project team adhere to all standards Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use and deployment of corresponding modules in the project currently assigned with Apply project methodology Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project - Provide deliverables and project objectives to functional and technical resources assigned to the project Mentoring project resources Supportthe progress of the team, working closely with other business teams Regularly reporting progress and issues to client on both a formal and informal basis Identifying any risks and proposing solutions Document business requirements and procedures Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions Required Skills: Strong experience in IT industry, experience in SAP HR/SuccessFactors Experience leading minimum 3 Talent Modules implementations Certification in EC is mandatory. Certification in any of SuccessFactors modules will be positively valued Experience in virtual teamand remote working environment High level of English is required.
