Consultor/a Senior de SAP SuccessFactors para ocupar el rol de lider de los proyectos y procesos dentro del ámbito técnico de Legal & HR en SAP. Rol ubicado en el HQ de la compañia con un scope internacional.
**Requerimientos**:
- Licenciatura en Informática, Ingeniería, Economía, ADE, HR o similar.
- Experiência +8 años como SAP HCM & SFSF Consultant enfocado en proyectos de gran envergadura.
- Módulos: Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Succession & Development, and People Analytics
- Fuerte funcional y técnico del proceso de negocio del sistema.
- Valorable tener fuertes conocimientos en HCM, must in SFSF.
- Español nativo y nível fluido de inglés.
**Funciones**:
- Promover ideas para la mejora de los procesos de SAP en HR & Legal.
- Liderar proyectos de SAP SFSF E2E, toma de requerimientos internas, mejoras y migraciones.
- Gestión de los stakeholders para brindar soluciones técnicas a negocio.
- Asegurar el mantenimiento del sistema y la optimización de los módulos.
- Gestión y control de las diferentes soluciones a todas las incidencias.
