Nordex Group empresa que se dedica a la construcción y mantenimiento de Parques Eólicos y a la fabricación de componentes de Energía Eólica.
MISIÓN: Diseño, desarrollo y certificación de torres eólicas y cimentaciones, con una sólida formación técnica en diseño y cálculo de estructuras de hormigón, pero también de secciones y conexiones de acero para torres híbridas.
Cálculo lineal y no lineal de las estructuras con MEF detallado.
El ingeniero participará en el desarrollo de producto de las estructuras de torres y cimentaciones para aerogeneradores y de cualquier medio auxiliar para su montaje.
Participará en la vigilancia tecnológica identificando tecnologías de vanguardia, desarrollando nuevas soluciones e incorporando nuevas tecnologías y sistemas.
Además, participará en la generación de patentes y certificación de producto para mantener la ventaja competitiva en el sector eólico.
Funciones Desarrollo de turbinas eólicas de acero compuesto y torres y cimientos de hormigón y cimentaciones, con conocimientos y experiencia en diseño y cálculo con ambos materiales, pero con profundos conocimientos en la parte de hormigón.
Dimensionamiento analítico y numérico de torres de hormigón y sus componentes, así como de secciones tubulares de acero (pieza de transición).
Análisis avanzado de secciones de hormigón y conexiones: fatiga, pandeo, bridas conexiones, no lineal, materiales, etc.
Elaboración de memorias de cálculo certificables según normas IEC y DIBT incluyendoalineaciones con organismos de certificación y autoridades gubernamentales locales.
Creación de especificaciones Apoyo en cuestiones de fabricación y montaje relacionadas con torres de hormigón e híbridas.
Modelos FE no lineales avanzados para hormigón/acero y conexiones/juntas incluyendo análisis de abolladuras y transporte.
Diseño estructural y cálculo para optimizar el rendimiento LCOE del producto.
Vigilancia tecnológica para identificar tecnologías tecnologías de vanguardia.
Modularización, personalización e industrialización de productos desarrollados.
Programación de aplicaciones y herramientas software para el diseño de torres y cimentaciones.
Generación de patentes asegurando la propiedad intelectual de la empresa Requisitos Titulación: Ingeniería (Civil, Estructural, Mecánica, Industrial) o similar.
Formación Complementaria: Lineal y no Lineal (ANSYS, Abacus, SAP), Programación (C++, Python), Estructuras, Normas, Desarrollo de productos, Patentes y propiedad intelectual, vigilancia tecnológica, dinámica de la construcción (preferentemente), conocimiento de Normas relevantes (IEC/DIBT).
Perfil: Proactivo, autónomo y motivado por los retos.
Buena capacidad de coordinación y acostumbrado a trabajar en entornos internacionales.
Inglés alto obligatorio.
Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en puesto similar.
