Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionThe Sales Director is accountable for the success of their region (SE Issuing Sales), they will bringtogether direct and indirect reports to ensure planning and execution of an effective go to marketstrategy in a highly innovative, and still maturing, industry.Reporting to a divisional Head of Issuing Sales VAS, the Sales Director will need to engage with and lead complex client engagements with C-Level executives.The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Own annual sales and revenue targets within assigned region (Cluster)Create and communicate individual sales and revenue goals to the teamManage sales and revenue forecasts keeping CRM and other reports up to dateLead all sales efforts in the region (one of Visa Cluster), combining multi-disciplinary teams to define and implement a new sales strategy for the region delivering MRR and sAAR Targets.Lead a team of 5-7 direct reports (senior & sales managers, senior & account managers) in selling Tink's product suite in the market, with an ambition for significant growth.Possess strong sales acumen and ability to lead Sales and Account management teams throughout the entire sales process (9 to 18+ months on average)Have clear and shared KPI's with supporting teams to ensure a coherent go to market strategyEnsure the team can plan, orchestrate, and drive VAS's execution on sales activities throughout the whole funnelHave a strategic view of team and market developmentAble to develop and execute a plan in the near term 1-2 years to ensure sales target achievement and expand our customer base.Outlook to the future, team design and product requirements to ensure we are continuously building for success over the medium term
