In this role,you will be responsible for managing a territory of at least 90 independent retailers, ensuring that each store owner receives regular quality interactions that contribute to stock optimization, sales growth, and enhanced business relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Account management of a designated territory comprising a minimum of 90 independent retailers.- Conduct weekly quality phone calls to store owners, focusing on advancing their stock holding, promoting appropriate new releases, providing valuable product sales insights, and nurturing positive business relationships.- Utilize your fluency in German to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs and concerns.- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new product releases, sales promotions, and market trends, ensuring effective communication of relevant information to retailers.- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics for assigned retailers, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.- Continuously strive to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized support.Requirements:- Fluency in German (native or C1/C2 level) and proficiency in English.- Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service preferred but not required.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.- Proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets and expectations.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona and manage a designated territory of independent retailers.Benefits:- Competitive salary package with opportunities for performance-based incentives.- Relocation package available for candidates relocating from abroad (details provided upon request).- Comprehensive health and life insurance coverage.- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.- Exciting prospects for career growth and advancement within the company
