Job DescriptionMissionIDIADA is looking for a highly motivated project manager for automotive projects and in the field of connected and automated driving. The position will be based in IDIADA premises in Santa Oliva (Spain). You will work with a team of system and software engineers. Your role will be to take care of project management, accounting and invoicing process of projects and support to business development activities, in close coordination with the Product Manager and the Innovation Manager.ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will be (for the functions mentioned above):Activity and resource planningOrganizing and motivating a project teamControlling time managementCost estimating and developing the budgetEnsuring customer satisfactionAnalyzing and managing project riskMonitoring progressManaging reports and necessary documentationBenefitsChance to work in a dynamic and challenging environment where you will be able to reach your full potential.Constant learning and knowledge sharing with some of the most experienced engineers in the automotive industry.Hybrid work.Shuttle bus from Barcelona and Tarragona and Internal car sharing app, to promote the sustainable transportation.Subsidized canteen.QualificationsProfileAt least 2 years' experience in project administration. Experience with European Commission projects will be an asset for the position.Experience in Microsoft Excel macros and dynamic tablesExperience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office and PowerpointInterest in new technologies, automotive and electric vehiclesGood communication skills and confidence in discussions at different hierarchical levelsRecognizable empathy, team spirit, and high level of assertivenessCommitted, goal-driven, result-oriented, and strong service orientationOpenness to work in an international company with a multicultural teamEducationUniversity degree: Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering.
