Your New Role
We are searching for a Talent Acquisitions Operations Analyst to join our Warner Bros. Discovery Talent Acquisition team As a member of the Operations team within Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and providing operational excellence to a global team of Recruiters and Sourcers. You will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations.
Your Role Accountabilities
Supporting multiple Recruiters and Sourcers in coordinating hiring team interviews and debrief sessions, including phone, video and on-site meetings, complex multilayered scheduling, and the facilitation of travel arrangements.
Being an ambassador to the candidate experience by managing all logistics for interviews and serving as the primary point of contact to the candidate while interviewing.
Assisting with operational requests such as posting job advertisements, the administration of legal documents, and other projects as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma
Advanced English Skills
Experience multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced and high-volume environment
Previous experience working collectively with a team
Demonstrable attention to detail and sense of urgency
