.El IAC (Tenerife) anuncia UN contrato postdoctoral para trabajar en el marco del proyecto "Fase Preparatoria Constructiva del Telescopio Solar Europeo (EST) - Oficina de Proyecto (PREP-EST) " (Ref. SD 17/01 EST GOBCAN), cuyo Investigador Principal es el Dr. Manuel Collados Vera. Los temas de investigación del IAC incluyen la mayor parte de los campos de la Astrofísica: física solar, sistemas planetarios y sistema solar, estrellas y medio interestelar, formación y evolución de galaxias y cosmología y astropartículas. Estos campos están apoyados por un ambicioso programa de instrumentación. En el año 2015 el IAC ha sido seleccionado por el Gobierno Español como un Centro de Excelencia Severo Ochoa de investigación, un prestigioso reconocimiento otorgado, por segunda vez, al IAC como centro puntero de investigación en España. Durante 2017, el IAC realizó un análisis profundo sobre la "Estrategia de Recursos Humanos para Investigadores" (HRS4R) promovida por la Comisión Europea y su posible implementación en el IAC. Esta Estrategia HRS4R es un mecanismo para apoyar la implementación de la Carta Europea de Investigadores y el Código de Conducta para la selección y contratación de Investigadores (C&C). El resultado de ese proceso es un Análisis GAP y un Plan de Acción para 2018-2019. Después de este proceso, el IAC ha recibido el logo de "Excelencia en Recursos Humanos en Investigación" y el reconocimiento de la Comisión Europea y ahora estamos en la Fase de Implementación de nuestro Plan de Acción. Tareas: La persona seleccionada ha de llevar a cabo investigación relacionada con el diseño y documentación de instrumentación para el telescopio EST, en particular, el diseño, integración y documentación de un banco de pruebas de AO/MCAO para analizar la caracterización y corrección del frente de onda proveniente de una fuente extensa como el Sol. Este sistema debe contener al menos estos elementos: un simulador de una fuente extensa, un perturbador del frente de onda de la luz proveniente de esa fuente, un analizador del frente de onda y un corrector de la perturbación aplicada anteriormente. Se prestará especial atención a solicitantes con experiencia en el campo de la óptica adaptativa. Requisitos: Para ser admitidos en el proceso selectivo, deben estar en posesión del Grado de Doctor en Astrofísica o Física en la fecha de cierre del plazo de presentación (31 Marzo 2020 ): no haber finalizado el doctorado en plazo será motivo de exclusión en el proceso de selección.
