Para sus oficinas centrales de Madrid, STANDBY selecciona**:Key Account Manager.
**
En dependencia de la Dirección Comercial y con reporte al mismo, realizará las actividades relacionadas con la gestión de la cartera de clientes actual y de búsqueda de clientes potenciales, en coordinación con en el equipo comercial de ventas.
**Principales Funciones**:
+ Prospección y detección de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
+ Aumentar los ingresos de las cuentas asignadas.
+ Elaboración y preparación de ofertas técnicas y económicas.
+ Negociación de acuerdos comerciales.
+ Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
+ Asegurar atención personalizada, y resolutiva para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
**Perfil Demandado**:
+ Formación universitaria.
Experiência mínima de 10 años en el mundo comercial como KAM.
+ Experiência demostrable en la venta de servicios BPO / BackOffice.
+ Valorable experiência en diseño de soluciones para el mercado GAS and POWER.
+ Conocimiento de gran cuenta: sectores financiero, seguros y utilities.
+ Elevada orientación al cliente y pasión por el área comercial.
+ Manejo de paquete MS Office.
+ Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar.
+ Habilidades de comunicación, con asertividad y proactividad.
+ Orientado a resultados y al trabajo en equipo.
