Shopify powers their e-shop, Stripe makes payment trivial, and we, Bigblue store and deliver their products around the world.Founded in 2018, we have raised $18M, and we are now more than 110 employees working from our offices in Paris, Madrid, London.About the role Location: ParisBigblue is looking for a B2B Operations Specialist to join the brand-new B2B team to support internal operations team EU-wide.Bigblue is historically a B2C-centric company and has invested a lot in B2B lately to support our clients' growth. Bigblue now needs a B2B Operations Specialist to ensure a seamless end-to-end B2B experience to our merchants.With a clear understanding of Bigblue's B2B operations, the B2B Operations specialist will support our day-to-day operations and enhance current processes. The role represents a critical function within the Bigblue Operations team to deliver an exceptional B2B experience to our merchants, and to their B2B customers.Missions ?Own processes ensuring B2B quality among the operations departmentEnsure compliance guidelines are met (warehouse processes, carriers processes & SLAs)Proactively track day-to-day operations to spot inconsistencies before issues occurProvide reports of performance and action plans when neededActively participate to process and systems developmentIdentify systemic issues and expose opportunities to improve operationsRecommend and implement methods and processes to enhance quality and ensure best merchant experienceTrack learnings and best practices to contribute to our B2B expertiseAct as Bigblue's B2B expertServe as an escalation point for operational B2B-related issuesShare knowledge and provide guidance to internal teams around B2BRequirements Rigorous, organized and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projectsNot afraid of operational day-to-dayAbility to work in a teamProven analytical & problem-solver thinking and good knowledge of Microsoft ExcelBilingual FRENCH requiredVery good written and verbal communication skills in EnglishBenefits Monthly 43.20€ mobility package (Swile)10€ meal voucher per worked day (55% paid by Bigblue) + free unlimited snack when you're at the office One of the most amazing offices in Paris An amazing opportunity to learn extremely fast in a hypergrowth environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
