Las principales del puesto son: crear nuevos menús de pastelería y postres para los diferentes restaurantes y eventos especiales, realizar degustaciones y presentaciones, gestionar y organizar el funcionamiento diario del equipo que forma la partida de pastelería, organizar y controlar los costes de los platos y controlar el inventario/stock disponible, elaborar de pedidos para pastelería, mantenerse al tanto de las novedades y nuevas técnicas en pastelería. Experiencia en hoteles 5 estrellas al menos 2 años. Alta orientación al servicio, al cliente y a la consecución de resultados. Hablar español o inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus. Conocimientos y experiencia en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo. Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
