A Senior Transfer Agent – CDI

In the context of our growing Investor Services, we are hiring a Senior Transfer Agent in Bilbao for a dynamic and significant position with a multi-jurisdiction reach. The role will service all our investors across multiple continents and report directly to the TA Production Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the shareholder register of funds in cooperation with the AML and KYC team.
  • Collect, analyze, and process investor instructions received.
  • Control and accounting of all cash movements, trades, distributions, and capital calls.
  • Generate Cash Flow forecasts and Contract Notes.
  • Oversight of third-party Transfer Agencies.
  • Contribute to process improvements in the department.
  • Play a key role contributing knowledge in projects related to the department.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience within a Transfer Agency unit. Preferably in Luxembourg.
  • A complete understanding of Transfer Agency processes.
  • Knowledge of alternative and private equity funds would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Other European languages would be an advantage.
  • Understanding different investor types and general knowledge of AML/KYC regulations.
  • You are well-organized and able to work independently with high-quality standards.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are a team player willing to contribute knowledge.
