Senior Transfer Agent – CDI

As part of our expanding Investor Services, we are hiring a Senior Transfer Agent for our Bilbao office. This is a dynamic and significant role with multi-jurisdictional responsibilities. The position involves servicing investors across multiple continents and reports directly to the TA Production Manager.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Maintain the shareholder register of the funds in collaboration with the AML and KYC teams.
  2. Collect, analyze, and process investor instructions.
  3. Oversee cash movements, trades, distributions, and capital calls.
  4. Generate cash flow forecasts and contract notes.
  5. Supervise third-party transfer agencies.
  6. Contribute to departmental process improvements.
  7. Participate in projects related to the department, sharing your expertise.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Transfer Agency environment, preferably in Luxembourg.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Transfer Agency processes.
  • Experience with alternative and private equity funds is advantageous.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Understanding of different investor types and AML/KYC regulations.
  • Well-organized, able to work independently, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team player willing to share knowledge.
  • Capable of working under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-organized, positive, and dynamic attitude.
  • Focus on quality and client service.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in intercultural environments.
