Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Grow Existing Client Relationships: Build long-term business relationships within your assigned territory by identifying client needs, addressing business challenges, and leveraging excellent communication skills.
- Negotiate Contracts and Renewals: Secure contracts with a focus on achieving high renewal rates while expanding account value through additional products or services.
- Strategic Account Management: Collaborate with Innova's support team to manage daily client interactions, understand insight needs, and develop tailored business plans for each account.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Engage with clients across organizational structures, serve as the primary liaison between clients and company departments, and represent Innova professionally at trade shows and conferences.
- Client Feedback and Collaboration: Communicate client feedback effectively to ensure alignment and collaboration across the company.
- Insight and ROI Demonstration: Offer innovative solutions demonstrating ROI on a monthly or quarterly basis to support renewal and enrichment processes.
- Sales Forecasting and Achievement: Provide accurate sales forecasts and consistently deliver exceptional sales results meeting set targets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of successful sales, marketing, or customer service/account management experience.
- Prior B2B sales experience (food and beverage industry knowledge beneficial).
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (written and verbal).
