Solar Project Manager Role Overview

Are you a seasoned solar project manager with experience in managing large-scale solar PV projects internationally? Do you thrive in an autonomous environment with the support of a collaborative team?

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and work closely with a leading developer and EPC on ground-mounted solar projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the EPC phase of international solar projects, working on multi-megawatt size projects ranging from 20-100MW and beyond.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong commercial understanding of projects from sales support to completion. As a proactive project manager, you will be solution-oriented and have managed projects exceeding 10MWp in the past. Experience in selecting and managing sub-contractors is essential, as you will serve as the primary point of contact.

You should be comfortable with travel; this role is typically based in our Spain office or can be performed remotely, with up to 20% international travel per year for project site visits, client meetings, and subcontractor interactions.
