Job Title

Main Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Commissioning of Bystronic Machines: Ensure technical and operational requirements are met at customer sites.
  • Assembly of Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Systems: Verify proper functionality.
  • Maintenance and Repair of Machines: Record and report technical information in our CRM system.
  • Quality Processes: Apply and improve according to ISO standards.
  • Customer Training: Provide key topic knowledge and technical advice.
  • Operational Tasks: Support loading and unloading equipment.
  • Spare Parts Management: Ensure correct parts are requested and delivered to customers.
  • Commercial Proposals: Offer technical support to sales and service teams.
  • Fairs and Exhibitions: Install and operate machines to demonstrate capabilities.
  • Quality Claims Handling: Ensure resolution and follow-up for continuous product improvement.

Requirements:

  • Technical Education: Technical school, vocational training, electrical or mechanical engineering, or university degree in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in mechanical engineering, laser cutting, or bending technology (preferred).
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems in industrial environments.
  • Software Tools: Knowledge of DMS, CRM, LMS, and Microsoft Windows.
  • Safety Principles: Understanding of safety principles and standards in mechanical engineering.
  • Language Skills: Technical English level for international communication.
