We're looking for a Technician to join our team and become the on-site face of Cleveron in Spain.

At Cleveron, we develop and manufacture automated click & collect technology for online orders used by some of the world's largest retailers.

This is an exciting role, ideal for someone passionate about cutting-edge technology, excellent customer service, and hands-on problem solving. We seek a technically skilled, communicative, and proactive individual.

What Will Your Role Be?
  • Perform on-site maintenance and installations across Spain, mainly in Madrid, Northwest, and South/South-East regions.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment for optimal performance.
  • Manage and evaluate partner installation teams.
  • Train end-users and local technicians on operation and maintenance.
  • Manage spare parts inventory within your territory.
  • Provide technical support on-site and remotely.
  • Collaborate with remote helpdesk and internal teams.
  • Contribute ideas for product and process improvements.
What Do We Expect From You?
  • Experience installing and maintaining mechatronic systems with complex software.
  • Ability to train others, from technicians to end-users.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Technical knowledge, including reading electrical diagrams and specifications.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and logistics.
  • Clean driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluency in Spanish and business-level English.
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive attitude.

Location: Spain, mainly in Madrid, Northwest, and South/South-East regions.

Training: Onboarding in Estonia, with travel and accommodation covered.
