Role

This key role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and healthcare expertise to drive market penetration. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and pharmacy networks to promote and sell the company's products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a regional sales plan to maximize market share and revenue growth. This involves engaging with general practitioners (GPs), urologists, and pharmacy chains to educate and drive adoption.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with primary and secondary care providers within the region. This includes conducting face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions with HCPs and pharmacists.
  3. Achieve and exceed territory sales targets and KPIs. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  4. Work closely with Pharmacy Managers and Medical Affairs teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategy. Collaborate with Marketing to develop territory-specific campaigns and engagement initiatives.
  5. Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Medical Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing territory sales plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and experience using CRM systems for account management and reporting.
