We're passionate about providing healthcare professionals the most valuable and complete solutions to improve hospital efficiency and enhance patient care.About the RoleThe Accounting Services Coordinator is responsible for leading a team within Accounting area in Financial Shared Services, who is in charge of booking and reviewing invoices (expense, CAPEX and inventories), reconciling transitory/control GL/account, making sure administrative documentation is compliant with internal policies and regulations and following up blocked invoices for payments.ResponsibilitiesManages the corresponding team in order to carry out the assigned projectsSupports the Accounting Manager in the execution of the General ActivitiesClose cooperation with different company departmentsSupervises and approves the payments in advancePlans and coordinate the activities of the department in terms of time and resourcesMonitors compliance of the Close Month End ActivitiesCoordinates and executes daily operations in the department according to his/her level of responsibilityPrepares documentation for the audit processesEnsures compliance of all tax regulationsEnsures compliance with Werfen Code of EthicsQualifications4+ years of Accounts Payable experienceHigh school diploma, college courses in Accounting preferredAdvanced knowledge in accounting principles and administrative processesTax knowledgeAdvanced Microsoft Office user, especially ExcelLanguages: Spanish, English (business).
