Spanish Speaking Support Specialist – Automotive Company (Work in Greece) Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a dedicated Spanish‐speaking Support Specialist to join our team and support a renowned Automotive Company based in Greece. This role provides an exciting opportunity to assist Spanish‐speaking customers with their inquiries and concerns regarding automotive products and services.

Your Role As a Spanish‐speaking Support Specialist, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service to our Spanish‐speaking clientele. You will engage with customers, address their questions, and ensure a smooth experience with our automotive offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries in Spanish through phone, email, and chat channelsProvide information about automotive products, services, and technical supportAssist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues efficientlyDocument customer interactions and feedback to improve service qualityCollaborate with cross‐functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issuesKeep product knowledge and relevant policies updated to inform customers accuratelyRequirements Fluency in Spanish (oral and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plusPrevious experience in customer support, preferably in the automotive sectorStrong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on customer satisfactionAbility to manage time and multitask effectively in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with customer support tools and CRM softwareA proactive attitude and a commitment to quality serviceA collaborative team player eager to learn and grow within the companyBenefits Competitive Monthly SalaryFully Paid Relocation PackageFully Paid TrainingHealth Insurance2 Extra Salaries per yearAnd Much More...
